Refund policy

How reserving works

Nothing is charged when you reserve. Reserving a Founding Member spot sets up your subscription and authorizes your card, but no payment is taken. Your card is held securely by our payment processor and used only for the charges described here.

Your first charge happens when your kit ships. We email you seven days before that charge, with the date and the amount. If you want to change anything or cancel, reply to that email or use the link in it. Nothing happens without that notice.

The first charge is $79 and covers your first month. After that it is $79 a month for as long as you stay subscribed. Founding Members keep that price for as long as they remain subscribed, regardless of any later price changes.

Cancelling before we ship

Cancel any time before your kit ships and nothing is charged. One email releases your spot. There is nothing to refund because no payment has been taken.

Cancelling after we ship

Cancel any time from your account or by replying to any email we send you. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not affect orders already shipped.

Skipping and pausing

You can skip a month or pause your subscription from your account at any time. Your price stays locked while paused.

If our ship date moves

Our estimated ship date is an estimate, not a promise. If it moves, we tell you, and you can cancel at any point if it does. You will not be charged before your kit is ready to ship.
